• Call 833-933-1681 to report lost or stolen. You can also notify through the app by following these steps:

    1. Once logged in to the app, click the checking account linked with the debit card.

    2. Click card management, and "report card lost/stolen".

    3. Choose "lost" or "stolen" then follow the prompts.

    When you follow the instructions further, the card will immediately shut off, protecting your account. This will also place a new order for a card and will be sent to your registered address in 7-10 business days. Card issuance fees may apply.

    Signet Online is our Home Banking Account Access Service. It offers you access to your accounts right from any personal computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With Signet Online, you can perform a variety of account activities. You can check your balances, transfer or withdraw funds, transfer your loan payment or verify that your checks have cleared, pay bills, and view e-Statements. It’s easy!

    How much does it cost?

    Access to your accounts for transfers, inquiries, and withdrawals is free with Signet Online!

    How do I sign up for Signet Online?

    1. Download the SignetFCU-Mobile App or go to signetfcu.com.

    2. Select First time user? Enroll now.

    3. Enter the information requested on the enroll screen, then select Next.

    4. Enter the verification code sent via SMS, then select Verify.

    5. Read the user agreement, then select Agree.

    6. Create a Username and Password, then select Next.

    There is a ten-minute time limit to complete all steps of the enrollment process.

    When do transactions post to my account?

    Signet Online operates in “real-time.” This means that your transactions will post immediately to your account. All check requests will be mailed the next business day.

    Can I change my access code?

    You can change your Signet Online access code at any time. If you perform an access code change, you then need to sign out of your current Signet Online session by clicking the Log-Off icon, then log in with your new credentials.

    What if I forget my access code?

    If you forget your Signet Online access code, simply call the credit union to reactivate this service.

    I keep getting the message “This transaction can not be processed” or “Restart session.”

    Make sure your computer is accepting cookies. Go to the “Tools” menu and click on “Internet Options.” Then click on the “Privacy” tab and set the level to MEDIUM. Now click on the “Advanced” button and make sure you are accepting First-party and Third-party Cookies. If it is Blocking cookies, then click the Accept button; if it is also grayed out, you can check the “Override automatic cookie handling,” make the changes, and click the “OK” button.

    I keep getting the message “The username or access code you have entered is invalid,” but I know I’m using the correct credentials.

    1. The Access Code is case-sensitive, make sure your Caps Lock is either on or off according to your normal use.

    2. If you have “Usernames and passwords on forms” checked in the Autocomplete Setting, Internet Explorer will save your usernames and passwords for those fields. If you have changed your password, you may not realize that it is automatically entering your old password into this field. Here are the steps to delete this password from your database. (Note: This will also remove any other passwords you have stored in the past.)

      1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the TOOLS pull-down menu located at the top of your browser.

      2. Select INTERNET OPTIONS.

      3. Click on the tab marked “CONTENT.”

      4. Click on the button marked “AUTOCOMPLETE.”

      5. Click on the button marked “CLEAR PASSWORDS.”

      6. Click on OK until exited completely from options. Close your browser and reopen a new browser window.

  • Is my Signet Online account secure?

    Signet has implemented a security system that safeguards your money and keeps your account information completely private. Signet Online has been equipped with a protected environment that uses a nationally recognized networking architecture. It consists of the highest level of data encryption available today (128-bit) throughout the transmission to prevent unauthorized access. Also, no member information is stored on the web server that is accessed by the public. Member information is safeguarded behind layers of security, which include automatic logout, encryption, firewalls, and PIN lockout. See Security (link to security page) for more information.

    Is email secure?

    No, email is not secured. Do not send any personal information such as account numbers, personal identification numbers (PINs), addresses, phone numbers, or passwords through email. All we need is your question and your full name for us to correspond back with you via email, phone, or written correspondence.

    What are “cookies,” and should I “enable” them?

    You must have cookies enabled to access Signet Online. You can refer to your browser’s respective documentation for help in enabling cookies.

    Websites use cookies to simulate a continuous connection to that site, making it more convenient for users to visit pages within a site without having to reintroduce themselves. Cookies only contain information that users volunteer, and they do not have the capacity to infiltrate a user’s hard drive and sneak away with personal information.
