Make a payment to your Signet loan from any non-Signet account!

It’s as easy as sending a text message…literally!

 

What you should know:


You will receive a text message informing you of the amount due on your loan. You will be able to review your payment options, or you will be able to opt out of our text message service by texting “STOP”.


• The link will take you to a portal where you will be asked to verify your account with your account number and date of birth (Primary Member).


• When you verify your account for the first time you will have to setup the following:


1. 4-Digit PIN: Once you have entered your account number and date of birth, you will be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN. Store this information in a secure place as you will need this pin number to verify future payments.


2. Preferred method of payment: To make a payment, add your preferred form of payment in the portal. Select “ADD NEW DEBIT CARD” or “ADD NEW BANK ACCOUNT” which will prompt a secure website for you to input your information. When completed, there will be a message stating ‘Payment Method Success’ and you will be redirected to the payment portal.


• Once your account has been successfully verified, you will be directed to the payment portal where all of your loans will be listed and you will select your preferred payment method.

• The debit card convenience fee is only $4.99 per loan payment.

• Linking your banking information (ACH Set up) is free through this feature.

• All information submitted is encrypted for security purposes

• Convenient ways to pay from an external account: text, and website.

• Payments accepted from checking/savings accounts and debit cards.

 


Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Log in to your online and mobile account using your smartphone, tablet or desktop and select ‘Make a Payment’ from the menu bar located on the left. This will take you to the payment portal where you will have to verify your account.

  • Yes, you will have to access the payment portal through our website or online and mobile banking. However, you will not receive any text notifications regarding payment reminders and will not be able to make a payment via text message.

  • Once you receive a text reminder, you respond “Pay” to the same text. You will be asked to enter your pin to verify your account, once you have completed this process your payment will be complete, and you should receive a confirmation text. NOTE: you will have to setup a 4-digit pin and preferred method of payment prior to using text payments

 
 

Loan Payment Options

Auto Pay

Allow your payment to be deducted directly from your non-Signet account using the ACH auto pay option. Come into any of our locations and we'll set it up in minutes! We only need a voided check to finish this payment option.

Write a Check

Make sure to include the loan number in the memo line on checks. You are welcome to drop by any location or mail it to:

Through the App

Once you have downloaded and set up your account through the Signet FCU app, you can now make a transfer from your Signet checking or savings account directly to your loan! No need to write a check or come in; save time and hassle with the help of our app.

 
 

New to the payment portal?

Follow these 3 easy steps to get started!

  1. Setting Up Your Account:

    1. To make a one-time payment, click on "Pay Now."

    2. If you wish to create a secure account for future payments, click on "Enroll." You'll need to choose a username and password.

    3. Provide your Signet account number, which is either 4 or 5 digits, and your zip code.

    4. Click the green "Pay Now" button.

    Payment Selection:

    1. Check the box next to the payment(s) you want to make.

    2. Click the option "Add Payment Method" and input the information provided by your other financial institution. You can also choose to save this information for future use by clicking "Remember Me."

    Making Your Payment:

    1. Select your preferred payment date.

    2. Click the green "Continue to Pay" button.

    3. Review and accept the terms and agreements.

    4. Finally, click the green "Make Payment" button to complete your transaction.
