Purpose:
Assist in building valued financial relationships with our members by assisting them with their accounts while providing outstanding professional service. Perform limited transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain accurate transactional records, providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions.
Receive checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verify amounts, examine checks for proper endorsement, and enter deposits into computer records.
Cash checks and process withdrawals; pay out money after verification of signatures and member balances. Place check holds on accounts for uncollected funds.
Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and services.
Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all related products and procedures, rules, and regulations. (Fraud prevention and robbery procedures.)
Receive mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments, and ensure the payments match balances due. Enter payments into the computer and generate member receipts.
Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and compare totaled amounts to a computer-generated proof sheet. Research and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure that all credit union members and employee-related businesses are kept in the strictest confidence.
Ability to create and maintain a positive and personable environment for member and employee interaction.

Job Specifications
Requires completion of high school education.
Prior work experience in cash handling, customer service, or a related position.
Strong knowledge and understanding of credit union products and services.
A positive, professional image and a high degree of confidentiality within the workplace.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to meet the physical capacity requirements of this position, such as sitting, talking, hearing, speaking, and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
This position primarily consists of sedentary work within an office environment and the ability to move about inside the office.
This position must be able to use basic office machinery such as a computer, calculator, filing cabinets, copy machine, etc.

Purpose:
Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support from employees and members. Monitors systems and reports issues to appropriate IT personnel.
Responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of all SFCU hardware, software, and management tools. Assists in system projects which include requirements analysis, user and consultant interface, PC configuration and support, third-party applications, and ongoing maintenance of the system.
Key Responsibilities
· Assists end users with network, hardware, and software problems, either by telephone support or onsite support when possible.
· Provide support of all software applications utilized within the organization.
· Installs operating systems and software on PC’s and networks, including applications.
· Operate and monitor computer equipment using monitoring software. Dispatches appropriate IT personnel, as necessary. Reports status to IT Management weekly and/or as needed.
· Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment. Orders and replaces parts as needed.
· Performs routine tasks with the core banking system such as creating reports and forms which will include coding and form design.
· Works closely with other IT staff in an efficient and effective manner to reach department goals.
· Completes daily operations task as listed in the Daily Processing Schedule.
· Maintain competency in current technology and its application for the benefit of end users.
· Maintain Information Technology Operations Manual.
· Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
· Install, configure, and support third-party department specific software systems.
· Works with users at all levels of the organization as required analyzing and defining system requirements and business processes and recommends solutions necessary to solve business problems.
· Maintain detailed inventory of all software and hardware throughout the credit union.
· Monitor backups to ensure they run as expected and monitor any problems.
· Monitor all security software to make sure it is updated and runs as expected.
· Coordinate the repair of defective equipment with our service provider maintaining inventory of all items in service.
· Responds to service calls which may include travel to appropriate branch locations.
· Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
A college degree with a minimum of two years related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
· Certification in Microsoft, CompTIA, or other certifications preferred.
· Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)
· Experience in administration of Windows Environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
· Experience with Windows Server environments and Windows 11 Administration and Support
· Experience in coding
Physical Demands:
Sedentary Work and Sitting for Long Periods
Prolonged use of a computer, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision, such as data entry or troubleshooting.
Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally.
