On Tuesday, January 27, we will be upgrading our debit card system to real-time processing: during this time (2-5 pm) your card will be unavailable to process transactions. We do apologize for the few hours of inconvenience this upgrade may cause. We encourage you to mark it on your calendar or set a reminder on your phone. Here are the key ways this upgrade will change your debit card experience.
- Your account will immediately be updated whenever a transaction is processed with your Signet Visa Debit Card.
- When you make a deposit at one of our locations, your deposit will be immediately available on your card.
- Better fraud protection. You'll be able to view all your account transactions right away through online banking or our mobile App. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it immediately to us.
